Our Team has over 40 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry and have been conducting training throughout the Caribbean since 2006.

Starting in 2012, Chefs Helping Chefs will expand its business to Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting time for our company. The opportunity to share our knowledge and experience throughout the world.

    A day off. Getting ready for some family time. Next week to the beautiful Island of Antigua for the Mango Pineapple Culinary Competition. This should be a fantastic time. I will be assisting the judging. Criteria is very difficult.

    Long time , hope your well ,Heres some thing that might be of interest to your self and other chefs Jeff , I went to the first one a few years ago it was an awsome time
    Good Luck with the blog , I have a book now being published about my time in Iraq “Babylon Behind the wire” not sure when its being printed yet
